  • Once we've reviewed your information and agreed to proceed, we'll request a 50% deposit to begin (non-refundable)

  • We'll keep you updated throughout — asking questions, clarifying details and sharing progress

  • When research is complete we'll present our findings before requesting the remaining balance

  • Full delivery of all findings by email upon final payment

To start our search for your family, please provide as much information as you already have. The more details we start with, the quicker the search will be completed.

Don’t worry if you have ‘gaps’ in your family tree - we are here to help fill them in.

You do not need to make any payment initially.

Once we have assessed your initial information and have agreed to go ahead with a search we will ask for a 50% downpayment. This is non-refundable.

We will keep in touch with you to ask questions, clarify certain facts and give you progress updates.

When we have completed our search and compiled all the data, we will contact you again to present our findings.

Once the remaining balance is paid, we will send you our findings by email.
